Tredyffrin Township Police Department 26 year veteran.  Past President Chester Co. Lodge #11.  Presently Detective in Major Crimes Division.  Past State Lodge Financial Secretary 6 years and State Lodge Vice President 4 years.  Active in all aspects of labor negotiations and labor disputes. 
VICE PRESIDENT - ROOSEVELT POPLAR
City of Philadelphia Police Department 18 year veteran serving in active districts and the NET team.  Previously served as Trustee, and currently is Vice President of Michael G. Lutz Lodge #5, as well as Chief-of-Staff to Lodge #5's President.  Active in legal services, budgets and forecasting for legal services.

STATE LODGE GENERAL COUNSEL - ANTHONY C. BUSILLO, II., ESQ. 

Formerly legal counsel PA Labor Relations Board.  Partner at Markowitz and Richman Law Firm, specializes in representing law enforcement & public safety employees.  Has served as special labor counsel to both Grand Lodge and PA Lodge of the FOP. Experience includes Act 111 interest and grievance arbitration cases, PA Labor Relations Board, and various courts of the PA State and Federal Judiciary, and litigating claims for benefits before state agencies. He has served two terms as Chair of the PA Bar Assoc. Labor and Employment Law Section and is currently a member of the Section's Executive Council.
